Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend, please notify Curtis Leadership Coaching ten days in advance of the learning event at info@curtisleadership.com. Cancellations must be in writing. All cancellations received after ten days in advance of the event are subject to a non-refundable $100 administration fee. That fee will be waived for those who are able to move to another program date. Please allow five business days to process refund. If participants cancel within five days of the event are subject to a non-refundable $500 administration fee.
