Executive coaching is a pivotal moment at any stage of your career. It’s an in-depth process that is offered in a 3-month or 6-month package, depending on the desired outcomes. The engagement begins by gathering data through assessments and/or interviews. This approach teases out the three to four areas of focus that will deliver the highest ROI.
