How it Works
Executive coaching is a pivotal moment in the lifetime of a career. It’s an in-depth process that is offered in a 3-month or 6-month package, depending on the desired outcomes. The engagement begins by gathering data through assessments and/or interviews. This approach teases out the three to four areas of focus that will deliver the highest ROI.
Leaders will have access to a suite of world-class tools including Hogan Assessments, Five Behavior Assessments, 360 Assessments, and NeuroLeadership strategies based on the work by David Rock.
